Basil Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cups cooked basmati recipe
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp fresh ginger
4-5 basil leaves
2 Tbsp soy sauce
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp shredded cabbage
olive oil for sauteeing
Directions
- Heat oil in wok/pan. Add ginger, garlic, 2 basil leaves and saute
- Add onions and stir for 1-2 minutes
- Add cabbage and stir 1-2 minutes more
- Add rice and remaining ingredients. Stir fry until well combined
