Basil Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked basmati recipe

  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

  • 4-5 basil leaves

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • pinch of salt

  • 3 Tbsp shredded cabbage

  • olive oil for sauteeing

Directions

  • Heat oil in wok/pan. Add ginger, garlic, 2 basil leaves and saute
  • Add onions and stir for 1-2 minutes
  • Add cabbage and stir 1-2 minutes more
  • Add rice and remaining ingredients. Stir fry until well combined
